What You Get
Personalized Program Design
Every program starts with a deep-dive intake to understand your history, goals, current challenges, and lifestyle. From there, Benjamin builds a custom plan with you, drawing from strength training, yoga therapy, breathwork, mobility work, mindfulness, nutrition, and habit design — integrated into your real daily life, not a separate “fitness life.”
Weekly 1:1 Sessions (live, online)
Regular coaching sessions conducted via video — structured, purposeful, and adaptive. Sessions typically include a review of the prior week, focusing on what worked well, where questions or obstacles arose, and adapting the program for the week ahead. As needed, Benjamin will create custom videos to help you progress towards your specific goals. Every session is recorded so you can revisit technique and progress.
7-Days-a-Week Messaging Support
Between sessions, you have direct access to Benjamin via text/messaging. Stuck in a moment? Tempted to skip? Had a hard day and need a reset? Text him. Real-time accountability comes standard.
Custom Movement & Habit Protocols
Benjamin designs short, stackable daily practices — “micro-habits” that fit inside the life you already have. These are not hour-long workouts you’ll never do. They’re smart, intentional practices that compound over time. You are in the driver’s seat as you stack wins and build momentum.
Nutrition Guidance
Practical, non-dogmatic nutritional support woven into your overall program — not a rigid diet, but real-world strategies for eating in a way that fuels your goals and feels sustainable.
Progress Tracking & Accountability Check-ins
Regular reviews of where you’ve been and where you’re going. Goals are revisited, refined, and celebrated. Benjamin tracks your arc and adjusts the program as your life and capacity evolve.

This isn’t just physical training. Benjamin integrates mindset coaching, self-connection practices, and (when appropriate) deeper inquiry to help you understand what’s been blocking you — and how to rewrite that story.

The Philosophy: Work In and Through the Body
Benjamin’s entire approach is built on one foundational insight: the body is the most direct and reliable path to lasting change. Not willpower. Not information overload. The body — what it is asking (or telling) us, how we inhabit it, and what we do to care for it daily — is where transformation actually lives.
Everything is designed to be comprehensive, individualized, and experiential. No two clients get the same program, because no two people are the same.
The Four Pillars
1. Start Slow (to go further faster)
Big change fails when we try to overhaul everything at once. Benjamin’s method prioritizes “micro-yes’s” — small wins that build neurological momentum. One new habit at a time, one small victory at a time, until the old patterns quietly fade and the new ones have taken root. This is strategy put into practice.
2. The Body as the Doorway
Strength training, yoga therapy, breathwork, mobility, and mindfulness aren’t separate offerings — they’re a unified system. Physical practice builds mental clarity. Breathwork regulates the nervous system. Yoga creates body awareness. Strength builds confidence. Modalities reinforce each other.
3. Real-Life Integration
A program that only works at the gym isn’t a life change — it’s a gym membership. Benjamin designs practices that can be done at home, in small windows of time, with minimal equipment. The goal is a daily practice that feels like yours, not something you borrowed from someone else’s social media.
4. Radical Authenticity & Relational Trust
Benjamin brings his own story into the work — openly and without performance. He’s been through major personal transformation himself (losing 115 lbs, overcoming panic attacks and depression, recovering from injury), and he uses that experience to inform his work with clients. You’re not working with someone who just studied this. You’re working with someone who lived it.

Before Your First Session
After you reach out, you’ll have an initial discovery conversation with Benjamin — a no-pressure conversation to make sure the fit is right and to start understanding what you’re working with and working toward. There’s no intake form that replaces a real conversation. He shows up for this the same way he shows up for every session.
Your First Few Weeks
Expect a slow, intentional onboarding. Benjamin will not overwhelm you. You’ll start with one or two foundational practices, get a feel for how the program works, and begin to experience the early benefits — more energy, better sleep, a sense of direction — before layers are added. This is the Start Slow principle in action.
A Typical Week
• A live 1:1 session (video call) with warm-up, focused training, and cool-down
• Daily micro-practices assigned by Benjamin (movement, breathwork, or mindfulness — typically under 15 minutes)
• Nutrition check-ins or guidance woven throughout
• Open access to Benjamin via text for support, accountability, or real-time troubleshooting
Over Time
Programs evolve. As your capacity grows, Benjamin adjusts the program. As your goals shift, he shifts with them. Clients who’ve worked with Benjamin long-term describe a steady, compounding transformation — not just physical, but in how they relate to themselves and what they believe is possible.
