Body, the vessel through which we experience and interact with the world, is the tangible + actionable way we can create more understanding, depth, clarity and power in our day-to-day lives.
āDay-to-dayā is the key, and is fundamental to how I have built my coaching to structure success; by weaving a broad-base of health, fitness, mindfulness, neuroplasticity, habit hacks, and other techniques into small manageable āstacksā throughout the day.
My practices are comprehensive, individualized, and customized, with 1-1 interactions to provide a fully-experiential program.
They draw from my own life experiences and 15+ years of study, practice, and training as a:

Sustainable habits should feel and promote good. We build joyous power, control, freedom, and connection here- Let go of the grind, and embrace the build.

1:1Ā Training
IIn-Person coaching at my studio in Bellevue, 1-1 coaching done virtually, or hybrid. This is the most hands-on offering, working through a blend of: Yoga/Mobility, Strength, Physical therapy, Core/Cardio/Conditioning, etc.
Fully customized and tailored to you, this is where we can adjust and refine your goals āin-the-momentā with live cues, adjustments, and a more personalized approach to your health, strength, and empowerment journey. Regardless of equipment you have, I will build out and coach you to your highest potential (*2x/week minimum for results).

We donāt always have time to get to the gym for a full session. NO PROBLEM- Iāve got you. With a minimal amount of equipment we run through training sessions at home to get you into the best shape of your life and have fun while you do it!
